There are numerous, persistent problems at this apartment complex that have significantly impacted my quality of life and raise serious concerns about the property's management and maintenance standards. These issues represent ongoing health and safety hazards that potential residents should be aware of before signing a lease.
The laundry rooms are in deplorable condition, filled with visible mold, cockroaches and floods at least once weekly. The absence of in-unit washer/dryer hookups forces ...
residents to use these unsanitary facilities or seek alternatives off-property, creating an unreasonable burden for basic living.
Constant water leaks throughout all buildings are "repaired" by simply painting over water stains without proper mold remediation.
Air quality is poor due to improperly connected ventilation systems.
Buildings have persistent unpleasant to foul odors upon entry
These conditions create potential health risks and demonstrate a pattern of inadequate maintenance.
No on-site management presence for emergency situations.
Staff communication is poor and assistance appears conditional on management convenience.
Response to resident concerns is insufficient and unprofessional. The grounds around the complex are not maintained very well, dogs are often off leash and not well supervised. I had stepped in dog poo more than once on the sidewalks around the complex.
While the rent may appear affordable, the true cost includes:
Health risks from mold exposure and poor air quality
Additional expenses for off-site laundry services
Unsafe and unsanitary living conditions
Unreliable communication

With that said, we take the health and well-being of our residents very seriously and would very much like to discuss these issues with you personally. We can assure you that any claims of mold in our community are dealt with swiftly. If you see any animals around the property without a leash, we always encourage our residents to advise our staff. We have community policies in place and, despite our best efforts, we do still have residents that do not follow them. We will absolutely address anyone breaking these rules.
