Great Place, Great Location
December 29, 2020Strasburg Court is a nice quiet complex family owned and run located just outside West Chester. I lived there for a total of 3+ years in a one bedroom and then into an upgraded 2 bedroom. The apartment complex has a "family" feel and the apartments are in excellent condition and well maintained. Many of the residents have been there for years. The owners host different events throughout the year and even offer a "community" garden where you can grow plants and veggies. The apartments are bright ...with plenty of windows. Parking is almost "assigned" spots but never an issue. I would highly recommend this location over one of the corporate owned complexes.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

DONT move here !!
October 5, 2020The place is horrible to live unless you like having three overbearing and sneaky mothers living with you. On-site manager is always watching your every move and quick to comment negative remarks. They constantly are on your back unless something is broken. I reported a broken faucet the first month I was there and 12 months later nothing. The closet shelf fell and they didn't repair it. Tried to accuse me of not telling them which I did twice. They claim AC units are in every room which took ...till July to get one. They give out your personal information to other tenants and then deny it. They make up stories and spread gossip like high school girls. They have more rules than grade school unless you are a family member that lives there. They are welcomed to do as they please and disrespect other tenants. If you report it its brushed under the rug. The rent is outrageous and you don't have a washer dryer in unit. You have to lug it around the building and of course there are times you can and can not use the washers. Rent is going up because everyone there is moving out. I'd prefer to live in a box than here. Great apartments
July 31, 2020Lived there for a year. Apartment was clean and looked brand new when we moved in. Gift basket at move-in and Christmas were very nice. The grounds are well-kept with nice plants/flowers around the common area. All the appliances worked and everything was well-maintained. Plenty of hot water and the AC/heating was great. It's at a convenient location, close to plenty of stores and only a short drive to town. We only moved out to be closer to campus, otherwise we would have stayed.Review from Apartments.com
Great place to live
April 30, 2018We have lived in the Strasburg Court Apartments for the past two years and have had a wonderful experience. It is located right off of West Chester Pike making it really convenient if you are commuting for work. It places you outside of West Chester borough filled with boutiques, bars, and restaurants. Despite being right off a major road, you don’t hear any of the traffic or commotion from the street which has been great since my boyfriend works night shift. The units are newly renovated and ...reasonably price. Also, we have to mention that the laundry area is kept very clean to the point that it doesn’t even seem that it is a shared area. The landlords are three personable and kind sisters who are constantly on site, working on landscaping and taking care of the units. You will love sitting outside during the summer nights, grilling a meal, and just enjoying the courtyard area. The sisters’ hospitality will feel right at home from the moment you move in. You can tell they really care about their tenants as they make sure to consistently check in and promptly address any issues you may have. We think it also important to mention they have a very organized and effective snow removal plan so that you can drive to work if necessary. We both work for agencies that tend not to close regardless of snow and have never had to worry about walking through icy, dangerous parking lots to get to our cars. Great experience
July 29, 2015I was a tenant at Strasburg Court for 3 years before relocating for a new job. The rent was comparable to other apartments in the area. The three sisters who ran the complex were very friendly and did a great job maintaining the place. It is a smaller complex and a few miles outside of town which was nice because it was quiet. There is plenty of parking for the number of units in the complex. Only had one maintenance issue in 3 years, the garbage disposal was not working properly. Someone was ...up to check it out promplty after I called it in and it was replaced in a day or two. The 1 bedroom is great for one person but was a little cramped when my girlfriend moved in for a year. Overall I would highly recommend these apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
