Grand Forks, and for two years there has been nothing but trouble. Everything from disturbance down the halls, threatening neighbors, near break-in, police surveillance, loss of power/water, kitchen/bathroom leakage and re-accuring ''surprising'' fees. This is currently our second apartment with Goldmark since the near break-in and not a single thing has changed, no matter how much you try to talk to management about your concerns. My boyfriend is currently in the United States Airforce, while I am working on creating my dream of owning a coffee shop. We are planing to move to Austin Texas at the end of January 2016, and have been for months searching for the right apartment that we can call home. We don't wish to have to move again due to threatening neighboors or management, but to find the right apartment that we can actually settle in, to start our new life in.
