DO NOT MOVE HERE. We had a GAS LEAK for MONTHS. The furnace slowly letting out gas. Our fire alarm always went off, so we told the manager and we didn’t hear back. No one came to fix it until Colorado Springs utilities came by to check the furnace. Let me repeat, A GAS LEAK FOR MONTHS!!! Also there was a fire in one of the buildings when I lived there burned down half the building. Idk maybe another gas leak, who knows. There are way better apartments out there with lower rent, go there instead. ...

The apartments are not move in ready. The carpets are dirty and all of the cabinets were broken. They say they are “smoke friendly” but they are not, downstairs neighbor was constantly smoking and it seeped into our apartment making the whole place smell. Managers sweep things under the rug and don’t try to fix issues. Very old buildings as well. Once we moved in all we could think about was the day we finally get to move out and once we did it felt great!! Don’t do that to yourself and just go with a better option because Grandview isn’t it.

WORST APARTMENT! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!!

They don’t care about their residents, they are quick to try and tow a car. My friend came over and parked in the wrong spot under the car port, (literally next to my spot because he mixed up the numbers) and within like 45 min to an hour, he had a towing sticker on their window. They take MONTHS to repair something and even then it’s not all the way repaired. When I first moved In they were fixing it the same day, now it’s whenever. The Gate doesn’t even work, homeless people come in every ...

night and rummage through the dumpster. I don’t have a smoke detector THAT THE PROPERTY MANAGER KNOWS ABOUT DUE TO INSPECTION!! I haven’t even lived here a year and I have at least 20 Work orders on file. There was even a time where the water heater leaked and the carpet was soaking wet! And they took awhile to come. Like a month in, I had no hot water, that they took about 3 days to fix… I have an open work order from a MONTH ago!! The neighbors are terrible!! People try to break into cars in this area!! They keep the rent at the same price you signed the lease for, then after a couple months they just casually Throw in sewage, and water fees. WITH NO EXPLANATION. They promise to fix certain things, like a baseboard or tile and never do!! SERIOUSLY!! IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS PLACE, MAKE IT A VERY VERY VERY LAST RESORT!!!! THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER THINGS I COULD SAY!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have lived here for a while and have had things to complain about. People have stolen my plants from my porch area and some man tried to kick our door down. There was also a gas leak from our heater and when the gas company refused to repair it and instead suggested a complete new one the owners refused to pay that amount. With that being said the people in the office were amazing, they bought us firewood and heaters and even offered to pay the extra amount on our electricity bill from using ...

the heaters. Every place will have its ups and downs but they will try to help as much as they can.

visited here to feed a friends dog while he was out of town and oh my god!!! the pet waste stations are literally over flowing with used waste bags! what the heck! absolutely disgusting, no clean bags were available so there is also dog crap all over the grass. not a clean environment for any living thing. and I came back and forth over the course of a week so it's not like they didn't have time to clean up the outdoor area.

For the price this is definitely an upscale gated community. neighbors are all so friendly and everyone is respectful. The inside of the apartments are spacious and offer a cozy little patio for each unit. On site there are two pools and an indoor hot tub as well as a fitness facility. The staff is always friendly and will accommodate any need for residents. Overall a 10/10 as far as apartments go for the springs.

When we moved in this place was great aside from a lived in smell and a loud creaking sound in the shower. With proper care we have extended our apartments life, but due to a constant change in management, leasing staff and maintenance crews, any maintenance that could be done by the crew is often forgotten. enough to feel cozy with the right furniture. Large fireplaces, laundry in unit, and the two bedroom, two bathroom units have a large guest bath. There are two pools, a hot tub and gym room. There is a large dog park in the center of the apartments which I only utilized briefly, but it is well maintained. Upgrades to the units would for sure take this place to the next level, but until that can be done I would say this is a great starter apartment.
