We initially loved this area when we moved here from Atlanta, mainly because of the secluded area it’s in but after 2 years we’re over it. My favorite part about this place is the kitchen. The maintenance team has had some changes but overall they were always friendly. Initially we had to pay for pest control services because they did not offer them regularly. getting. Neighbors are inconsiderate with parking. The parking lot is small so you’re constantly fighting for parking. We have water damage in the bathrooms from our upstairs neighbor’s washer being installed which has caused the ceilings to peel. There’s barely any windows/natural light so the circulation and ventilation is terrible. Our health issues have gotten worse due to this. The W/D hookups are in the ground so finding a unit to fit is a hassle. Fixtures are fall off the walls even after asking them to be fixed. Walls are super thin so you hear everything. Getting in contact with property managers or leasing managers is nearly impossible because no one answers or they say they’ll call you back but never do. You can even send emails, but you can text the office. This place started out not so bad but over time, what you’re being offered isn’t worth the price.
