July 20, 2015This Green Gables Apartment Complex is well kept and a very nice place to raise your children. The prices are reasonable and close to everything. Supermarkets, Malls, Highways, and many jobs available in this area. I recommend!Review from Apartments.com

January 16, 2014Property is in a good location as it it off of bus line and easy to get to town. It is family friendly, so some noise is to be expected as the property has a lot of children.Review from Apartments.com
You get what you pay for
July 5, 2014I've lived here for 3 years. They are slow to respond to any repair requests. Our air handler has a smaller filter than the other apartments for some reason and they are supposed to replace it once a month and every month they come by with a new one (wrong size) and our A/C freezes up and then drips down to the first floor where we now have a hole in the ceiling. If it weren't for the price of the rent we wouldn't choose to live here.Review from Apartments.com
Dismayed
February 14, 2013I have lived in this complex for five years...last year my air handler soaked my ceiling in the living room leaving my ceilings yellow..looking up in my vents you see nothing but black mold...Jotar Management tells me that they do not do any duct cleanings..yet when I turn on my unit, I have leaks throughout my vents and black water comes out...these apts are over ten yrs old...I worked for an ac company, you are supposed to clean ducts once a year..now because I have held rent for a few months ...because I cannot run my heat or air they are threatening to evict me. They even switched out my condenser last year with another used one from another apt...which is totally illegal in state of Florida..Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
