I have lived at Greenbriar for 2 years now with 4 different leases. Karen, the landlady, is easily the most unprofessional, unkind, and ignorant land ladies I have ever met. She picks vendetta's and when you are on her bad side, nothing gets fixed in your apartment, and when they do, they refuse to cleanup their mess and when they ruin your property during repair they refuse to reimburse telling you to claim in under renters insurance. someone was even shot more than once. That very same month they raised the rent almost $100. I waited 2 weeks just for them to unplug a toilet. Worst place I have ever rented from and I recommend any other place in Lufkin than this one.

Let me say I am very sorry as I was unaware of your issues when you lived at Greenbriar. I was unable to determine if you still live at Greenbriar currently. If you do please come by the office, so that we can discuss any issues you are having. If you prefer we could meet after hours to have a one on one conversation and address any and all of your concerns. We do appreciate you have had 4 leases with us. I hope we are doing something right for you to stay that long? We pride ourselves on fast professional maintenance, I was shocked to see the comments on it. If you do not still live here I promise you all your concerns would be handled and I can personally promise that... I want you to be happy where you live. A rental increase was due to the market increases and did not exceed $50 on increase as the entire community was recently renovated.
