Me and about 5 other tenants have no ac and it's been months. They told me to buy a window unit and return it, but it took so long that the return policy is up. They upped rent during that time too..

Roach infected, even the laundry room is infected with roaches. Office management has been changed 9 times since I lived there. Rent was stolen out the drop box from several other tenants, myself included. My issue had never been resolved , idk about the other tenants. But it’s still on my rental history. Maintenance reports are a complete waste of time. No where for kids to play. False advertisement tennis court, it’s just a court, pool dirty more often than cleaned & dog park not secure. Dog ...

poop all over front lawn and sidewalk. No one pick up their dog poop & management doesn’t in force that policy. Roaches should be paying rent instead of living rent free. That was my experience from these over priced roach infected apartment's. That were built in 1974 and doesn’t look like they have ever been renovated since they were built.

living at green tree is horrible, there are roaches everywhere, , the wood rats be eating threw the ceiling and floor , the manger is lazy and do not care if anything get fix or not, the buildings leaks and for some people the roof carve in on them,, if you need something fix it will take months for them to fix it, the complex is old and needs to be torn down, no way it should pass inspections, gnats Roches and rats have taken over the apartments alone with mildew and black mole that be all ...

Roach infested, we’re supposed to get quarterly pest control and have never got any (we’ve been here over a yr). Won’t respond to maintenance requests, had no AC for 4 days in over 100° weather. Called the office over 20 times with no answer. Management and maintenance have broken in multiple times. Everyone is extremely rude & doesnt care about you.

I have lived in this complex in the past and was very pleased. Unfortunately, this time around has not been the same pleasant experience. Management has allowed the structure itself to degrade to an almost embarrassing degree, causing multiple maintenance issues in the short 4 months I have been back. Hopeful a pending change in ownership will resolve the maintenance issues.
