I’d advise against these apartments.
January 10, 2020Summary On site Laundry - vast majority do not work. Dryers don’t dry, washers don’t wash. Pool - closed 11/12 months Mailboxes - broken (packages will get stolen) Parking - gated parking has been broken two months after installation Gated community - can be accessed through broken parking Cleanliness - not bad they have to keep it clean to attract new tenants Alright so this is my second year at these apartments. The first year wasn’t HORRIBLE, but it definitely wasn’t the best, but I ...figured the place isn’t too bad so let me continue my lease... now this year has been a nuisance to say the least. My mailbox has been broken for the past few months. I put in several work orders where they came and “fixed” it... honey they give you temporary fixes and then tell you to go pick your mail up at the post office if you don’t want it stolen. I’ve tried calling to speak to the manager who is always “on lunch”. I called them for the millionth time and they said that they were going to replace the entire mailbox and they were just waiting for it to be shipped. It’s been a month, bro. Still not fixed. I went to do laundry and the place is a pigsty as you can see. The washers don’t wash, the dryers don’t dry and there are several maintenance people on site so it doesn’t really make sense. This year when they told me about the apartment they would be transferring me to they didn’t let me see the apartment I was going to be moving into because it “wasn’t ready” but they didn’t let that stop them from receiving payment for it. The actual apartment itself isn’t bad, if you take care of it you will have no problems. The community isn’t horrible the people mainly keep to themselves. Cops drive around here all the time so that’s cool. Honestly I definitely do not plan on renewing my lease. This place is kind of a last resort type of deal. I’d pay an extra $200 at a smaller place because these properties are just a giant inconvenience.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
