Terrible service and management
March 2, 2016Very poor service and management. Lots of violations! The roof is damaged in many buildings, so there's always leaking in rooms. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!Review from Apartments.com

February 29, 2016We have been living in Hamilton village complex for 2 months and to is not a pleasant experience. Once it started raining and snowing outside, we found huge leaking that turned into pouring in a lll the rooms in our 2bd apartment. The manager is very rude!!!! She acts like it is not a big deal. There was also huge amount of water found between the ceiling and the roof in our baby;s room. They opened up the ceiling and let it dry for a few days, without bringing any moisture or mold inspection the ...closed it up. The carpet and the walls are wet inside, and they plan just repaint them without putting new walls. Maintenance and management is very poor in this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! There are many violations: the manager does not want to change the roof, and acts like everything is ok. All the indications of moisture is clearly potential for mold that can grow inside the walls and the ceiling. This is a very disappointing experience.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Place to Live
September 3, 2015I have been a tenant at this property for over five years now and I am very happy with my experience here. The maintenance crew works really hard to keep the grounds clean and well kept year-round. There is a huge pool which is kept well maintained and I enjoy it almost every day of the Summer. The management is always very helpful and friendly. This complex is fantastic!Review from Apartments.com
