April 23, 2025I’ve been here for a month now and so far it’s been really great! very peaceful, and relaxing. The apartment is very spacious I love all the amenities that it comes with the neighborhood is very quiet the people I met seems pretty nice. mrs Christy has been amazing throughout the whole process of me moving in.very nice she’s there to help you with anything! no complaints at all so far.Property Manager Responded

What a joke !!!! Stay away this place deserve 0 stars
November 27, 2023This place is by far the worse places I’ve ever rented. “Renovated “ units what a joke these are horrible face lifts and called it renovation. The bugs are outrageous. The landscaping sucks and did I mention the bugs. Walls are paper thin , units are small. Don’t be fooled by the pictures like I was . The fact they can’t keep tenants should tell you something . There’s always vacancies here because it’s NOT worth your money. Maintenance is a JOKE. The units gets hot as hell in the summer AC is ...old and outdated . The bathrooms are small barely big enough for one person . The floors are uneven and very loud when walking around upstairs . These “luxury townhomes “ Are trash and the management is even worse. Please don’t be fooled and spend your hard earned money here . These aren’t honestly worth the money not even on a special. I wished I listened to the bad reviews because they were so true. I won’t even mention the horrible parking for residents and guest .Property Manager Responded

DONT LIVE HERE
September 8, 2023This is the worst place I have ever lived. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors conversations. I lived in the "renovated" townhouses and the renovations were so sloppy and poorly done.I moved into a dirty apartment, which was gas lit into making it seem like it was my fault since it was 4pm and I still had not gotten my keys. The apt should have been cleaned well before that and completed prior to my move in date. I called corporate over 25 times and never received one phone call ...back. The staff here does not care about you or anything that happens here. As someone who works in this industry DO NOT MOVE HERE. Maintenance is a joke at best. Horrible place to stay
November 15, 2022I went based off the reviews and I’m assuming the bad comments are being taken off of here. A lady pulled me to the side right before I moved here she said are you sure you want to move here she said you better turn around and thats exactly what I should’ve done. I lived here april its been nothing but problems. I experienced the big water bugs, MICE, SPIDERS. Not to mention my car being broken in twice in a month everything stolen out my car and was told they can’t run cameras back. These ...apartments ran through and need rebuild all maintenance do is literally nothing but stealing people stuff out they crib and my neighbor got cameras in her house due to that. Literally have a mouse infestation in 2 apartments and yet fixed the problem and I got a 2 year old daughter to keep dealing with these apartments who careless about there people in the communityProperty Manager Responded

Terrible Maintenance

Covid-19 has impacted our ability to respond safely to maintenance requests, however all maintenance requests are responded to in the order that they are received. My home
July 8, 2019I have lived at Hampstead Heath for about 5 years now and have lived in the apartments and now the townhouses. I prefer the townhouse because my king bed fits nicely in the master room and the kitchen is huge. The property is away from the concrete jungle of normal life... a nice escape into the peace and quiet of a small community. I've always had great neighbors and the staff here is always pleasant. It has been a wonderful experience. The community is kept clean, and the office manager is ...wonderful. (You even see her out picking up trash sometimes which shows me she cares) Anytime I have ever had a maintenance problem they are quick to respond. I would highly recommend Hampstead to anyone who is looking for a great place in a nice location.Property Manager Responded

Love it here
December 18, 2018We were new to the area when we moved here 3yrs ago. We chose Hampstead because of the location and size of the townhouse. We needed space for our 2 kids to room together. My overall satisfaction is excellent. the staff are always very helpful and pleasant, they always greet you with a smile and we love that they sign for our packages as we order from Amazon quite frequently. And any problem or concern that you may have, they will make sure that It is taken care of promptly. Our only objection is ...there is no playground. We do enjoy the pool though in the summer. Home sweet home
September 27, 2018I wanted to write a review to compliment the Hampsted Heath community. My wife and I have lived here for 6 years and overall would highly recommend them. A few years ago the property had a transition with the manager. We have notice that the property has improved and she is more attentive to the residents than the last manager. Not that we had issues before, we just wanted to compliment the staff and company for the changes. The Community is nice, Christy is always pleasant in person and on the ...phone, and we love her puppy! Maintenance workers work very fast to fix your issues unless they are short staffed. The location is great near the interstate and mall. This is why we keep renewing here and felt the need to express our gratitude with the Hampstead staff. It is also nice to see the same faces (office and maintenance) which shows us that they take pride here and with their job (not a high turnover with staff). The staff knows their residents by name and always show an interest with us with a friendly hello which is nice compared to where we lived before. The only thing we would recommend is a little extra TLC on the grounds.Property Manager Responded

Nice place
September 14, 2018This is my first apartment and at first I was skeptical of how it may be, it has been a great experience thus far and I couldn't be happier. The staff is very nice and very helpful. The complex is at a perfect location not too far from the interstate and the town center. The neighborhood is nice everyone seems to keep to themselves and not bother anyone I live peaceful here and I'm loving it. I'm also in the military so I have a regular commute to and from naval station Norfolk. I've heard horror ...stories of the traffic but I've never seen it. I would definitely suggest this to military or any family looking for a place. The townhomes are really big and the kitchen is my favorite that was definitely the selling point for me.Property Manager Responded
