Don’t do it reconsider
May 14, 2024Don’t walk but run! Management changes very frequently and goes from bad to worse. I was a resident for 17 months and management was just changing when I moved in and changed again within the next 6 months. They don’t even routinely change filters or anything. Bug and mice infestation. I almost stepped on a mouse on the trap on the way to dump trash. Maintenance may or may not show up to complete orders. They walked pass broken glass so long that I went and swept it up. Their solution for the ...mice issue was handing me sticky traps. I caught 4-5 mice in about 2 weeks one month and of course more came the following month. One ran across the sink to the stove. At this point I was afraid to wash dishes lol Couldn’t even enjoy a lunch break nap because one ran on the side of my bed by the wall. They never answer the phone and may or may not reply to emails. You’re better off paying for a hotel room until you find something rather than moving to this slump.They should take a bulldozer and knock them down, today!Property Manager Responded
