Bedbugs are not taken seriously
August 10, 2020
After over a year of living here, new neighbors brought in bedbugs. The apartments have threatened to make us pay for removal simply for reporting the issue, and they refuse to check the apartment of the new neighbors. So of course, the bedbugs will not go away. The manager, Lisa, is unwilling or unable to understand the nature of bedbugs, and clearly does not care about the well-being of her residents.

I have lived in Harvard Square Apartments for 4 years and must say that it offers a practical living experience. It is family oriented, located by North Park Mall and other shopping centers, and just minutes away from Downtown. Harvard Squares Apartments serve multicultural groups and provides community resources for those who look to excel within the society.
