October 22, 2025The apartment community is good, I have a few friends who also rent at hawthorn and they love it as well! The only downside is the walk across the grass to get to my apartment, it’s covered in stickers that somehow end up everywhere in the apartment but we are dealing with it in our own way :)Property Manager Responded

August 10, 2025Honestly best apartments i’ve had in a long long while. I am lucky with the location of my apartment unit and it has been for the most part peaceful. Maintenance is usually pretty on top of it and quick to respond. I appreciate the low cost as well and the biggest plus is NO BUG ISSUES. I have had no issues with cockroaches or ants like other apartment complexes. Truly a weight off my shoulders. Please be kind to your neighbors and I thank this complex for the price rate and upkeep of this placeProperty Manager Responded

May 12, 2025My time here has been nice. Very friendly staff and maintenance is very responsive and friendly as well. A quiet and peaceful community with very little noise problems. The townhomes are spacious and up to date in terms of styling.Property Manager Responded

March 19, 2025The apartment is good overall, there could definitely some room for improvements. I don’t enjoy that the townhomes are not insulated, so in the summer it’s super hot upstairs and downstairs it’s cool but in the winter it’s cooler upstairs but downstairs it’s freezing. Maintenance has been better than other apartments I’ve stayed at before. I do enjoy the gym even though it is smaller, it still gets the job done for me. The pool is still pretty great too my niece enjoys coming over to swim, I just ...wish there was a net available during our swim to catch debris.Property Manager Responded
