October 26, 2020Heather Estates is a great place to live. Since Chelsea came on board VAST improvements have been made I am extremely impressed with the decrease in crime and the quickness in solving problems now. When we moved here 2 years ago it was in rough shape, but Chelsea has turned it around. I also didnt have any friends when I moved here and now i have several best friends and my life has changed for the better Now onto maintenance. I have never lived in an apartment complex that has had such ...competent, compassionate and professionalism as Joe He works so hard yet always has time to say hi Joe has become a friend of ours and I'm so happy to say he is a friend. At first when we lived here we wanted to move a couple years ago Now we honestly are happy to be living here. You guys are doing a great job. Keep up the good workProperty Manager Responded
