April 24, 2025100%Improvemeny I’ve lived at Heritage Green in both townhouse and now an apartment for 15 or so years. Never have we had a management team that is this professional, responsive a cordial. Any time I’ve had a maintenance issue, it’s immediately taken care of by the team here. As well, any payment, parking or other problem is addressed with a helpful attitude. Staff even brought packages to me when I was ill. I feel safe and secure. Terrible dog management!!!
June 21, 2024I’ve lived here since march. And since then I have had probably 10 negative dog interactions, management does nothing to make sure people are watching their dogs. Nobody leashes their dogs here. Employees AND contractors BRING their dogs to work and chain them outside in the 90° summer heat to nearby trees!! I went to the office and the only thing they said they did was talk to him. The dog problem in this neighborhood is absolutely insane and nobody watches their dogs here. January 19, 2024I spoke with the office and made an appointment to view the inside of the apartment. The apartment was nice but once I signed my lease and received my keys. It was a different apartment than what I had seen. Somehow, the apartment that I viewed was rented.(So they say.)Right after I received my key I started to notice bed bugs crawling on the walls. I called the office with in minutes and had to leave a message they would not answer and there was a sign on the door closed. I did not know what to ...do I was moving from another town my uhaul was blocking the parking lot... Horrible!!!!!! The worst rental I've ever lived in.
