    We just renewed our lease and we love it here. With the convenience of downtown Hampton living it is easy to get anywhere from here. Staff is great and we pay our rent with ease. Maintenance is always available, friendly and professional. Not very noisy more quiet than you would think with the college being so close. Plus the elevators is a plus. Close to the markets, library , and walking distance to Walgreens and 711. I would recommend this place

    The current property manger is a positive presence on the property. Always visible, upbeat, and courteous. Very knowledgeable about his job and the day to day things that happen on the property. Since being here, the property has been in a very high state of order. Work orders are completed with in 24 hours. Actually is present during working hours. The property manager is a veteran of the Navy and you can tell because he runs a very tight ship.

    I made the 4-hour trek to the Hampton Roads area for apartment touring preparing to relocate to the area. I had set an apartment at Heritage at Settler's Landing to tour one of their units. On the day of the tour, they called me and cancelled my appointment stating they were closing the office early that day and did not provide an accommodation for an earlier appointment. That was the least of the issues. The bigger issue was the rudeness and lack of professionalism by the person that called ...
