Staff is great and we pay our rent with ease. Maintenance is always available, friendly and professional. Not very noisy more quiet than you would think with the college being so close. I had set an apartment at Heritage at Settler's Landing to tour one of their units. On the day of the tour, they called me and cancelled my appointment stating they were closing the office early that day and did not provide an accommodation for an earlier appointment.
