I appreciate how kind and responsive the staff and maintenance team are — they really make a difference. However, I’ve noticed some issues with residents leaving trash around, playing loud music during quiet hours, and letting unsupervised kids play near cars and cause damage. I wanted to share this in case management can remind residents about community guidelines. I really enjoy living here and want to help keep it a nice place for everyone.

Maintenance is very helpful and come in a timely manner. Most of the neighbors are considerate and respectful but like all apartment living there are some that are not. The complex is pretty much crime free and clean.

Leasing office is great and very attentive but the community can definitely still use a lot of updating and fixing. The pool still looks old and rusted, the gym equipment is nice but dusty, parking can be difficult at certain times and older unit can definitely use a face lift.

I’ve had a great experience living here so far! The management team is responsive, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community feels safe and quiet. The neighbors are friendly, and the common areas are kept clean. Parking is easy to find, and I really enjoy the convenient location near stores and public transportation. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

I’m very disappointed in the drastic changes I’ve seen over the past seven years! There’s always poor trash management/worse on weekends and holidays! Residents refuse to adhere to proper trash disposal and pet droppings! Poor property maintenance/ overcrowding/overhanging tree limbs that cause hindrance to access your vehicle or even to enjoy relaxing on your balcony!
