July 14, 2025I truly enjoy my 1bdr with the loft apartment. I enjoy the location and the staff is very helpful. The maintenance crew is great whenever I have an issue. One issue I do think that needs to be addressed is the front end garbage disposal sight. I think more of the recycling bins could help in having less recycling products sitting on the ground and making the location look very bad. Has there been any thought given to placing a fence around that area so that the garbage area, many times having ...garbage on the ground, is not so visible to renters as well as guests? April 6, 2025This review is strictly regarding the community. Everything is still outdated and in serious need for updates. Buildings aren't maintained and are falling apartment and it's always a constant smell in the area. The trash area is horrible where people throw their trash any and everywhere except for the compactor. Weed is a constant smell in the buildings and area which gets into the apartments. Parking is still terrible. Constant leaks in unit due to other people's negligence. Lastly repairs ...made to units when needed are horrendous. November 25, 2024There’s been some improvement but communication still needs to be better. Several emails have gone unanswered. The maintenance staff truly makes this place amazing!! I hope leasing staff will work on communicating better as well as enforcing the rules. Cars are breaking the parking guidelines and not being towed, and the smoking policy is constantly being broken. Being severely asthmatic having cigarette and weed smoke fill my home is a disappointing and a detriment to my health. Hoping for more ...improvements.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
