I’ve had a great experience living here so far! The management team is responsive, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community feels safe and quiet. The neighbors are friendly, and the common areas are kept clean. Parking is easy to find, and I really enjoy the convenient location near stores and public transportation. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

Definitely a lot of highlights in this community, some things to work on but not bad overall. I wish at least one utility like water & at the very least trash was included but hey can't have everything

I’m very disappointed in the drastic changes I’ve seen over the past seven years! There’s always poor trash management/worse on weekends and holidays! Residents refuse to adhere to proper trash disposal and pet droppings! Poor property maintenance/ overcrowding/overhanging tree limbs that cause hindrance to access your vehicle or even to enjoy relaxing on your balcony!

Within the first couple of days the apartment above flooded and leaked into apartment. Trash was left on the patio and when I saw a Maintenace person on a gulf cart and asked if they could remove the debris was told that I needed to put in for a maintenance ticket.

I truly enjoy my 1bdr with the loft apartment. I enjoy the location and the staff is very helpful. The maintenance crew is great whenever I have an issue. One issue I do think that needs to be addressed is the front end garbage disposal sight. I think more of the recycling bins could help in having less recycling products sitting on the ground and making the location look very bad. Has there been any thought given to placing a fence around that area so that the garbage area, many times having ...
garbage on the ground, is not so visible to renters as well as guests? That would be a major priority if I was asked what needs addressing.
