Great Place

My fiancé and I moved here August 2020 and we love it so far. The neighborhood is quiet, neighbors are respectful, and Kim (manager) is awesome, helpful, and really cares about the tenants. Not to mention Purcell (maintenance) is always on top of things and fast, too! There’s assigned parking but a lot of parking for visitors also. The apartments are roomy, clean, and beautiful! I would highly recommend living here.

A Place to call Home

My wife and I lived at Herons Point for over two years, and we loved every minute of it! The staff are quick to make you feel at home, and always more than friendly and attentive to our needs. The inside of each apartment is VERY clean and modern with plenty of space and a great floorplan. The neighbors are awesome too! It's not uncommon to stop and have a good chat with a neighbor as you pass by, or really get to know those that live right next to you! Plenty of happy dogs and dog owners around ...

Great place to live only 1.5 miles from the beach. Kim (property manager) is wonderful. Maintenance is fantastic. Recently replaced windows, deck, sliding glass doors. The owner cares about the property. Left because we bought a house. Loved living there.

The community is conveniently located off Laskin, near Hilltop Shopping and the VB Oceanfront; anything you need is very close. (Target, Walmart, Kroger's, Aldi's, Micheal's, etc. is a 5-min drive away!) The community is tucked away from the busy street and parking for myself/ any guests is always readily available.

My daughter & I recently relocated from out of state. We were looking for a clean, safe, comfortable apartment to make our new home that wouldn't break the budget. Kim, the manager, showed us a beautiful apartment with new carpet, huge closets, generous sized bedrooms, pretty granite kitchen, new windows and doors, newly done bath/shower surround, full size washer & dryer, stainless steel dishwasher, fridge, microwave, & stove, & cozy gas fireplace! We chose this complex & LOVE it! The pool is ...

The small complex dead ends at the bay, leaving our little community quiet & safe for kids to ride bikes, skateboard around, etc. Dog friendly & everyone cleans up outside after their pets. Herons Point Apartments is an amazing place to live. The apartments are updated with beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and cabinetry. The apartments are very spacious with huge walk-in closets and a respectable amount of square footage. The complex itself is clean, quiet, and very well-kept, which ensures comfort and safety for all residents. It is in a great location being minutes from the beach and Hilltop. The property manager is a joy to work with as she truly cares ...
about her job and her residents. She goes above and beyond for the residents and respects them all. The maintenance team works hard to ensure all requests are answered in a very timely manner and they are very personable as they are working in and around the complex. Every time I see a staff member they greet me warmly and often check in to make sure everything is going well. There is a difference between working in a complex as a "job" and truly enjoying what you do. The apartment staff truly enjoys what they do and the care they show to the residents is appreciated. I highly recommend Herons Point - you will not be disappointed!

Herons Point Apts is a fantastic place to live. It's a nice community, clean, well kept and an awesome location at the beach. The apartments are updated, semi luxurious with granite countertops, custom cabinets, brand new stainless steel appliances, etc.. they are very clean and like I said well kept.
