The property Is basic , they put money into the front office designs but the apartments aren't fully equipped the kitchen is small , there's trash outside the complex and there's no amenities.

Hickoryview Apartments is a great place to live! I have beautiful views, I feel very safe, maintenance is very prompt and helps out with whatever you need. The best part is that it's close to a lot of stores. I'm 15 minutes from downtown Nashville, and it's very convenient living here. It's very quiet. I rarely hear any noise and I'm In the middle floor. There's a playground and a pool which is very clean and deep. There's no laundromat but there is one right down the road, so not having a ...
washer/dryer isn't a problem. The staff is very friendly!
