Property bought and went downhill
November 14, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comUnfortunately, after moving in the property was bought and I never know which property manager I will be speaking to. They have an outdated information system of placing notes on doors to notify residents of upcoming changes. The property managers care more about themselves than they do about the residents. They are making changes that affect us and we have absolutely no say over them, nor are we being asked. I have never experienced such bad customer service. I would not recommend moving here, ...which is a shame because it was spectacular when I first moved in. I know other residents are experiencing similarly difficult issues as well.Read More
