    I love live here , maintenance stuff are very on top to the game. Always take care every problem with professionalism, the leasing ladies are great too. To live here is very convenient is lot shops around and the restaurants around here the apartments are very good.

  • Love living here!

    High Street is amazing! The community restaurants, events, and great amenities make living here the best. Ron (the maintenance manager) is extremely nice and even mounted my TV for free! Great staff, great community, and a great location. Will definitely be resigning. The reason for 4/5 stars is because of the fact that the fire alarm in my unit has malfunctioned and gone off while I’m not even cooking. This is the smallest of issues though and it hasn’t happened in about a month. If I could give ...

  • Enjoying High Street!

    Great apartment building! Been here since November 2024 and it’s been nothing but amazing. Had a few hiccups within the unit, and each time I called maintenance, they handle it with urgency. Shout out to Christal, Danny, Tim & Ron. They’re always helping with whatever issues I may have. Weekly events within the community, like pool parties, yoga, Pilates, barbecues etc. A great place to live. It’s on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for.

    Pros: location and staff. Close to everything and staff is very friendly and competent. Cons: no mail and needing your key fob everywhere you go. The doors to apartments and to get to your floor require your key fob. It’s great security, but a pain when you get locked out. They have the butterfly app, but haven’t added the option for your phone to unlock your door. We are now having to message our representatives to get mail delivered by the USPS. Otherwise, we have to drive 20-30 minutes to ...
    the USPS when we pass one closer in Dunwoody. The excuse is regarding homeland security. However, it’s been an issue for greater than 6 months. I’ve now gotten to the point of getting a mailbox at the local UPS because it’s not been resolved. Also packages, get delivered to the wrong building and you don’t have access to the building unless you are a resident of said building. The staff does communicate updates, but those are the big cons of this apartment complex.

  • No mail (moved in on 11/3 and now 12/24)

    I moved into this apartment on 11/3 recently and have had a number of issues that are lasting through 12/24. I want to be fully transparent as I'm not sure where many of these reviews are coming from. 1. I have not been able to get mail sent to my local mailbox. The apartment states they have an issue with homeland security and that we are missing locks on our mailboxes. As of now, I'm only able to pick up my mail from USPS in Dresden which is only open 9 am - 5 pm from Monday-Saturday. That's ...
    right, if you have any normal working job, you can only pick up your mail on Saturday. Also prepare for a 20 min drive to usps dresden and 30 min in line. 2. I was told we would have amazon lockers for our deliveries. These haven't been set up. I have already had issues where amazon is not able to deliver my package to the building. I have now had to cancel two amazon orders because of this. I don’t even know if I’m missing deliveries from work. 3. Prepare to walk and lift. There is one trash chute in the long hallways. It’s my daily exercise. Also, we have no carousels or anything to carry up groceries to our apartments from the garage. Lastly, don’t bother reserving a garage space, someone will always park in it. 4. I'm very skeptical of the reviews on google now after my experience. I did not get some extravagant welcome as listed by some of these reviews nor do I see enough residents around on a daily basis to truly explain so many reviews. In the meantime, I look forward to getting my mail as a normal tenant should in their apartment.
