Excellent place to live and excellent customer service!
August 3, 2023I have been a resident at Highland Ridge for three years; it has been a great place to live. When looking for an apartment, looking online is very helpful regarding the physical offerings -the building and grounds - of the complex. And I think Highland Ridge is great in these respects. But the life of a tenant will be made better or worse in large part depending on the people who provide the services to the complex. And this is what makes Highland Ridge so special for me. The management ...team/front office are wonderful. When you walk into the administrative office, you are met by professional, personable, knowledgeable, and dedicated people: Doug the manager, Nikki the assistant manager, and Istar the leasing consultant. They always take in one’s suggestions/concerns and expeditiously take appropriate actions on your information. Selina and Ashley are tasked with cleaning the facility. They are excellent, dedicated, people who work diligently to keep the building clean – and in the winter, they keep the building outside walks clear of snow for our safety. They are both pleasant people who are always willing to listen and act to in helping with a need. The environmental services are headed by Joe. He is very knowledgeable about all facets of the complex’s maintenance. He is cheerful and helpful. He is personally invested in taking in questions/concerns of the residents. Here is an example: early one morning I unexpectedly needed a wheelchair to get my apartment neighbor to the hospital. I ran into Joe as he was coming in for work. He got the gravity of my situation immediately. I instantly became his top priority. He rapidly got me the needed wheelchair. Joe’s actions that morning exemplify the attitude that I see in all the Highland Ridge staff. This is the main reason I enjoy being a resident at Highland Ridge.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 11, 2013I'VE LIVED HERE FOR 4 YEARS AND I LOVE IT. THE LANDSCAPING, THE STAFF AND THE HOME FEELING YOU RECEIVE IS GREAT. THEY WAY THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE ALL SO VERY FRIENDLY AND HOW HARD THEY WORK TO KEEP THIS PROPERTY BEAUTIFUL. I GUESS I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH. Hassle free!
July 13, 2014I have lived here for 3 years...and am about to renew my lease for another. I can't say enough about the staff and management at HRA. They are quick to say hello, respond to repair requests, and do their best to make this apartment complex an enjoyable place to live. It is safe and well taken care of; recently remodeled workout facility, and there is always an out door landscaping improvement project going on...
