Agree with other responder re: Holsten Company. Not only did I experience bedbugs (which the agency refused to address even though they were there when I moved in) but they said that it was my fault and when I requested for my lease to terminate they wouldn't let me. I ended up vacating the apartment while continuing to pay for it for the remainder of the term. I hope the city officials we elect can talk to them soon.

The Holsten Company is one of the worse management Companies in Chicago. Having lived in one of their locations I can attest to the fact that one of their maintenance people purposely infected my apartment with bedbugs. Beside the fact that I lost all my furniture I was also evicted.
Why the City of Chicago allows them to keep on operating I'll never know.

It is decent 2bedrm apt. However It is way too small for me my Daughter, the living room could be larger Her bedroom could Definitely be Larger the Bathroom larger also. the Cooking area is not bad the Rent is BEST which includes Parking.
