These apartments are completely horrible. Their rent may be cheap but that’s because they don’t keep the apartments and the entire site is completely trashy. The apartment smells like someone died in them no one ever even cleaned mine when I moved in. We’ve been out of hot water for five days and they still haven’t fixed it. If you want quality apartments definitely do not rent here

My wife and i found valley view apartments on craigslist we moved to colorado springs on june 19th. And once we met management we more grateful to be there the apartments are comfortable,quiet, and the only thing is we only have air in our bedroom and it is sooo hot in the apartments but other than that very comfortable don't have any regrets just need to upgrade some things and it would be a perfect little starter apartment.
