This apartment is full people who are undisciplinely noisy. They don’t give a crap and people would be so loud. No control here at all. I expected a quiet home but I got a loud noisy neighborhood who don’t have any consideration for their community or neighbors

I’ve been living here for 3 months. For the first month, I really thought it was a good apartment complex until i stayed in the apartment for a little longer. That’s when you really get to know the people and the management. The people who live next to me are ridiculously loud. They hang oout outside of their unit, right in front of my apartment unit. I could hear them talk loudly. It usually does not bother me but they are in front of my door. I can hear every single conversation! I’ve already ...

The new renters can’t seem to control the volume of their voices. The new manager isn’t doing anything. She’s afraid to talk to the tenants. I’ve complained it to her several times but she’s not as cooperating at all. Can’t sleep because my neighbors often are speaking in such loud voices and they often hang out outside.

I've been residing at Holiday Garden Apartments since July 2016. This is a great apartment complex. It is clean and quiet. The property manager, Mrs. Rangel has been very responsive and helpful with my request, needs and/or concerns. Mrs. Rangel has been very professional. This seems to be a community of working class people who go to work and enjoy coming home to a clean and quiet environment. So far I'm enjoying my stay.

Our apartments surround a beautiful courtyard with swimming pool,fruit trees & flowers.the common areas are kept clean & also have benches & picnic tables.Right across the street is a shopping center with restaurants ,grocery store & many other stores.we are in a great location in a very quiet & tranquil setting.
