Pool is dirty they don’t clean it. maybe twice a month elevators are always out of service one elevator is bean out of service for the last 2 years sometime I see old people using the stairs. They take their time to fix the problems. Homeless people always in the garage if you have a car you better have full coverage and rent insurance because some day you will need it for your broken windows in your car

Do NOT rent an apartment here or from this company! Hollywood investment Properties, formerly Hollywood Properties, is not resident friendly. We signed a lease in July 2010. In five years we were never once late paying rent and were model tenants. We gave 30 day notice last week in compliance with the terms of our lease, and were told they would not accept a 30 day notice even though we showed them the lease we signed which clearly states a 30 day notice to vacate is required. They claim they ...

changed it to a 60 day notice when the rent was raised and they are making us pay for 2 full months! We're now stuck paying double rent for a month. Do NOT rent from them! Horrible company. Unethical.
