Don't move here
July 21, 2022I moved into this place on June the 3rd and it has been a nightmare ever since. DO NOT MOVE YOUR LOVED ONES IN HERE!!! Let's start with an uncaring manager and regional manager who thinks that people with health problems, in wheelchairs, walkers in their 70's, 80's, and 90's should take their boxes from move-in all the way out to a dumpster instead of putting them in the garbage rooms in the building. Would you want your loved one to be made to do that? It's dangerous for most of us. The ...so-called manager is extremely rude and has no idea what she is doing and the regional manager takes up for her saying she is in training. She should have been 100% trained before getting the job. She has no idea how to make a check go through and held my check in her desk for 3 weeks. She doesn't care, doesn't answer phone calls, and when you speak up about it she will cry and say she can't take it and hang up the phone on you. It's all about your money and getting you in here and then you are treated like crap. Actually, show your loved ones you care by not putting them in this awful place. They are trying to make it a prison camp and the manager is so nosy always trying to listen in on conversations. She is very rude and off-putting.
