The staff is super nice and professional. These are great apartment homes with great floor plans. I've always felt safe and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood-like feel this community offers. It’s also located in a great area. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any maintenance requests usually within 24hrs. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

Beautiful living environment: more like a home than apartment. Mary (Leasing) if very welcoming and proactive. Wilson (Maintenance) is outstanding in his job. He gets in and out in record speed, doesn't leave a mess behind, and he is very personable and friendly.

The units at Horizon at Premier are excellent. I don't have to share a wall with anyone, so there's privacy and no noise concerns at night, which is so peaceful especially with a little one. The staff is so nice, helpful, and responsive.
I haven't had a chance to explore all the amenities, but there is a very nice pool and gym. The valet trash pickup is an extremely helpful service.
The people here are nice, it's a great resident community.
The units themselves are wonderful -- hardwood flooring ...
throughout, crown molding in entryway and in main areas, great appliances, just overall luxury design. Great for a family.

The detached apartment units are amazing! They are well insulated and stay cool during the heat of summer. A/c and everything else works extremely well. Also a major plus having fiber internet. The Property Manager Stephanie and her staff made my moving process easy. They are top notch in professionalism and hospitality!
