Maintenance could be better. My townhome wasn’t ready when I moved in. Seems like everything was broken and didn’t work. The back area needs some work. There’s a dog area and no one picks up after their animals. The doggy bags never get refilled. Lots of stray cats. If you live in a townhome near the street you park on the street or pay an insane amount for covered parking.
