Tenants are squarely informed prior to minor and major repairs/adjustments of items inside/outside of the facility. Old items such as refrigerators, fans and more are replaced with new items indicating that Manager, Maintenance Team and Management have the best interest of the tenants in mind, ...budget and daily agenda.
