December 27, 2018My husband and I have been here for 3 years now and love this place. It is a safe environment for my grandkids when they visit. The apartments are well maintained, the grounds are clean and safe. It’s a small complex that’s also pest free. I can’t complain because it’s worth the price.. management and maintenance are awesome also.Review from Apartments.com
Stay Away !
September 26, 2015Gun shot outside the gate., My car parked inside the community parking, hit by the bullet crossing 2/3 fences. It's all about the Safety of our kids and family members and quality of living.. If it happened somewhere outside grocery,gas station that is different but I experienced it in the community. which was also the main reason for me to vacate from here. Break-In: During my stay, I knew there was many break-ins inside the community. Termites Problem: I had a termites problem,all over the ...apartment living room, bathroom, bedroom , mainly all the sides of the wall/ carpets. later it was treated by the pest control. It was a nightmare and horrible experience for my family. . Rent's are higher for this old apartment,and quality of stuff like blinds / wooden work finishes / Tub Surface/ carpets are average,. In winter season blinds and wooden surface corners turns really worst and very difficult to maintain. If the water hardness peeled off the poor tub surface, you have to pay :-) For such a rent they charged, I saw other apartments offering good quality. I don't like this. Good thing is limited apartments, your service issue may be fixed in a day or two. School, Park, Playground's are nearby. Easy commuting. Leasing Office employees , expect delayed response. Often noticed the door says "We will be back at.... Overall I would not recommend this property to anyone.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 8, 2015They are very helpful and understanding to their tenants needs. They respond promptly when things needs repairing. The office staff is very friendly and make sure that the environment is very peaceful and safe as possible. This is my third time renting from them, I just can't stay away!Review from Apartments.com
