The apartment is centrally located and perfectly located as you can step right outside within footsteps to a park. The square footage is adequate however the décor is dated. This is a rent controlled complex with retirees, veterans and those living on fixed incomes. It is however interesting that when you enter into the property manager office the outside heat seems to dissipate as you enter into an arctic oasis.
