Careful with new administration when you are vacating
October 7, 2022We have stayed in IMT for over three years; we had a great experience with old management for the first two years. New management is clueless and doesn't maintain inventory photos and their condition. They try to charge everything on tenants. It is the tenant's responsibility to take pictures. Please be careful when they hand over the home to you; in their report, they say the microwave is ok and the bathtub-ok, but they will not elaborate on the description at the time of vacating. They will try ...to pass it on to tenants. If you are submitting proof also they will not listen instead they will thretan you that they will send the bill to collection agents.Property Manager Responded

Deceptive management
July 20, 2022we have stayed in IMT pleasanton for 13+ years, And while moving out they have charged us for all nonsenses.. Never see this much arrogant management .. 13 years is long period and none of the apartmment around pleasanton charge for bathtub, cleaning etc. Honestly the bath tub was painted. You can see the stove we were using in the picture. we have requested many times to replace that. But management didn't take any action. this is one of the eg. if you are moving prepare for this type of fat ...bill while you moving out....Property Manager Responded

BEWARE , MOLD DEN - IMT Pleasanton
February 26, 2020Beware of move out charges. they add all the possible junk charges and cleaning, glaze, paint, 1, 2 3 coats, etc etc etc, water additional charges etc + any breakages. These homes are dirty inside, MOLD MOLD MOLD and bathroom are dirty as hell and keep cleaning you free time in it. SNAKES roams freely in apartment, ANTS and PETS inside apartments. VERY RUDE STAFF and Management - they will not hear and just ignores when you go inside office. BEWARE GOING FOR THIS APARTMENT. You have been ...warned!!! Great Apartment Complex with Outstanding Property Management
June 18, 2019We have been living at the IMT Pleasanton location for almost two years now and have had a phenomenal experience. The property management team, Yolanda and Brandon specifically, have made living in the community a joy. They legitimately care about their tenants and are making efforts to improve the property each day. Whether it is renovating the pool/bbq area, fixing the water feature, or all the landscaping going on, the property is quickly becoming one of the nicer ones in the area. Family fun apartment
August 3, 2015This condominium style apartment is a perfect home for families with young children. The local, public schools are some of the best in California and there is a nice park across the street for walking your dog and allowing the children to enjoy outdoor activities. The common areas are well maintained, including a newly refinished swimming pool and spa, surrounded by lounge chairs, tables, and built-in BBQ’s. Beyond the apartment grounds, you are close to excellent shopping areas (Stoneridge ...Mall and Livermore Outlets), grocery stores, hospital & medical offices, and most importantly…one of the best old-town centers in all of Northern California. It is wonderful walking in downtown Pleasanton on a summer evening and enjoying the community events (Friday night concerts, Street celebrations, etc.).
