      The HVAC unit is deficient. It cannot keep up with the heat, in the summer and in the winter its even worse. Numerous apartments couldn't get above 60 degrees on the coldest days in the winter. Your electric bill will be abnormally high. At the time of writing this, this site does not disclose several things. There will be an $85 amenity fee on top of your rent. You will sign a statement about smells and noise stating you are aware of the neighborhood-important because when the restaurant ...

      The Intro promises luxury living and best in Cleveland amenities. As a current resident, I take no pleasure in saying that I feel misled and kind of silly for signing a lease here. Let's start with the rooftop pool and hot tub deck. The crown jewel of the amenities. In the summer, the pool was great. The hot tub got off to a rough start with some recurring maintenance issues but was still enjoyable. The Intro promised many residents that the hot tub would be open year round, only to abruptly ...
      announce its indefinite closure in early September. Supposedly its for maintenance - which is certainly believable, but apparently it will be remaining closed until Memorial day - which makes it sound more like a cost saving closure or a lack of permit preparation that would indicated dishonesty from the start. Onto parking. It's the city, so I don't fault the Intro for the lack of available / safe guest parking. However, I do fault the Intro for telling residents that parking permits would be available to purchase at any time during their lease, only to renege on that offer in order to preserve parking spaces for the sake of leasing vacant units. A final point i'll make is that units and common areas in building are really not maintained to even a loose standard of luxury. Appliances take weeks or even months to be repaired/replaced. Units look nice but definitely have questionable quality in terms of vinyl flooring, paint, and sound insulation Common areas are not taken care of. For example, the gym is frequently out of cleaning supplies and complimentary water bottles. Hallways and elevator areas are not disgusting, but are not clean. There is the occasional ceiling tile missing and the occasional water leak. At least one common area is still unfinished, allegedly awaiting supplies. When guests voice their concerns on the community app, their posts are deleted citing negativity. I suppose there are worse places to live in Cleveland, but it really is sad to see what could have been the best apartment building fall so short of its potential.
