June 20, 2025Just got approved for a 2 bedroom. When I was setting up a time to pay the security deposit. I asked if my ferrets would be considered cats and if that will increase my monthly rent. I had already been told ferrets were allowed by multiple parties and after I submitted the application- paid a 75 dollar fee and got an approved application with both my ferrets listed - I was told they are not allowed and my approval would be rescinded. I asked multiple times, via call and email. It was difficult ...to get a hold of anyone and all they could say was “sorry.” If this is how the application process works, I can’t imagine actual tenants trying to get maintenance or general answers.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 5, 2025The location & price alone make this a 5 star for me. Since I moved in they haven't stopped upgrading. They repainted the hallways and are remodeling the entrance now. Best part is how automated things are. I autopay rent and any issues I reach out through their app.Review from Apartments.com
