My $500 bicycle was stolen, and the landlord dismissed it, suggesting I get renters insurance. --The heater struggles to heat the apartment in the winter. --Hot water comes and goes, especially in the winter, you may have to go without. -There have been more and more low lives and squatters moving in bringing bad behavior and crime onto the property.
