This place is disgusting. The front office is so unorganized. I was showed an apartment that was infested with roaches. It smells like mold. My apartment complex leaked water from the ceiling and nothing was ever done about it. The trash is beyond a health hazard. Trash is constantly spread throughout the complex. We have 1 dumpster for 15 buildings. Trash is ALWAYS out to the road over the weekend. People walk by and throw trash on the ground. Maintenance does the bare minimum regarding up ...

I have been living at this establishment for over two years now and since I have been here rent has been going up the gates for security in our safety has not been working since I have been living here, which gives any outsiders the ability to come out and hang out around the facility at night cars have been broken into, license tags has been stolen including the plate, as well as tires. Peoples cars have been put on cement blocks. Nothing has Gotten better. No matter how many times you bring ...
these criminal activities to the staff attention they have nothing to say. Since I have been here there have been multiple deaths, people held at gunpoint coming up to their apartment. I no longer can say I feel safe living here nor comfortable because my hard earned money has to go to a facility that does not care about the safety of the residents.

Don't rent from here unless you don't mind losing your deposit. Deposit you'll never get back, they will come up with hundred excuses so they won't have to give it back. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews in here, they are actually written by the staffs there. The staff always have an attitude, and maintanence takes eternity to fix anything, even if it was like that when you first moved in. I had to rate this place to get my point across to potential renter...I repeat DO NOT rent from here if you do not mind the out of control pest problem they have severe roaches everywhere and run down units that needs to be upgraded. They move me in knowing the apartment was not ready. I wish I could upload picture to show you I'm not lying. When I went back to the office to complain about what I saw after signing the lease, tenant who where in the office heard me and was telling me that how this place is like it's a normal thing.How you gonna spray paint dust on the fan. I don't know how they are paying these people for not doing there job. I so scared of my apartment that I have not stayed every since signing my lease and now I'm about to break my lease. The experience I have had here has been the worst, in my one and a half years I have been here. Maintenance does not fix things immediately, it took them almost two months to provide me with a working oven, and it was only after I and a leasing specialist had a verbal argument. The office staff is unsympathetic to the problems the apartment has and is quite rude. I've lived at Indian Trace apartments twice. I left the first time for personal reasons, and came right back. The apartments are newer than a lot of places in oxford, therefore, they just in general hold up well and are just nice. I can't see calling any other place home. The two times I've lived here, totals to about 5 years. Two different apartments. Those five years, I have had such little maintenance problems. Petty things that get fixed within a couple of days if it's not an emergency. The ...
