Lived here for a little over a year and it’s honestly the worst place to live. Maintenance doesn’t give a crap and neither do the office ladies. The owner kicked us out because the office couldn’t keep up with their records. Roaches everywhere, AC never worked, toilet messed up, and water NEVER gets hot. Also the existing residents are VERY loud and it’s overall not a safe environment for kids and women…my fiancée and I have been cat called multiple times just walking to our car. Our packages ...
have been stolen about 3 times in the past too. There are guys that shoot guns all night out of their windows and blast their music. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

I understand that they work with broken leases but that’s just all about it. I signed my lease and had to leave on a school trip and they didn’t even do a make ready and moved me into a roach infested apartment that you could not sleep or sit or even eat in.
When I explained what needed to be done for roach nests and etc they sent pest control but they did the basic bombing and left as is. It wasn’t until after I left that they pulled up all the carpets and removed the appliances and made it ...
live-able. The first day there my neighbor used a racial slur and threatened me. Please do not move there that is there money hole to take advantage of those in need of a place to stay.
