I also love the trail at the back of the complex for the walks we take. We are centrally located to just about everything and can on those amazing cool days to the store. Most of the residents are mindful they live in a community and not on private land. Grounds are clean and buildings are well maintained. Avoid This Property!
October 5, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThere is so much wrong with this complex that it’s difficult to narrow it down. 1) My roommate and I were given less than a 48 hour notice for major maintenance being done. They told us to lock the dog in a bathroom all day while they replaced windows. He is a large dog and leaving him locked up all day is cruel. 2) The unit we received was nothing like the model we were shown. Trim was taped to the walls, laminate flooring was coming up, the unit was disgusting and obviously not cleaned ...properly (we had to clean when we moved in), carpet was old and stained, multiple obvious patches on every single wall, etc. 3) Management changed hands multiple times throughout our 15 month lease, getting worse each time. 4) Cars were getting broken into, and even STOLEN! 5) There was a literal dumpster fire! 6) Upper balconies are sagging and look like they will collapse at any moment. 7) Someone shot a firearm in the complex, nearly hitting our across the hall neighbor. 8) Non-optional $75 a month “valet trash” service. 9) Price continues to go up, despite minimal efforts to renovate the units. 10) Many addicts and homeless people always nearby. There is much more wrong with this place, but it would take a whole book to list it all. Please save your money, there are MUCH better complexes within this price range. The only positive is that it’s close to Palmer Park. But I would rather drive there from a safer neighborhood than continue to stay there. I, a young woman, did not feel safe in this “community.”Read More
