Worst place I have lived
July 7, 2023At move out I was charged for blinds that were never in my apartment, and stove drip pans that were stained. Plus, don’t pay the $150 non refundable deposit option at move in, because apparently it does absolutely nothing towards your final balance. These people never even told me I had a remaining balance before sending me straight to collections.Property Manager Responded

Amazing Apartment Experience
July 11, 2019This was my first apartment from moving out of my parents' house. This was the most welcoming and assuring experience ever!! Jenifer, the property manager is so friendly and ready to help with anything. The rest of the staff is so great too, including the administration and the maintenance team. A main point to make is that I had two emergency maintenance calls: 1) I arrived to my apartment around midnight and realized I locked myself out. I called the maintenance line and someone showed up ...within 15 minutes to let me into my apartment!! 2) My fire alarm was randomly going off around 11pm. I called the line and another team member showed up within very reasonable time as well!! The battery was going bad and was changed on the spot. I only moved out due to a work relocation. Best Apartments Ever!
October 20, 2015We've lived here for 6 years now and we have never one time, had trouble with anyone or anything. The Maintenance crews are always right on any maintenance fix we may need and management has always been helpful and friendly, as well as the Associates. October 10, 2015I moved into Island Club back in 09' then sadly had to move away. When i came back to Fort Wayne I went back to Island club because i felt comfortable and like i could go out at night and feel safe. Awesome Apartments!
August 6, 2015I have lived at Island Club for about 2 weeks now. Before I moved to Fort Wayne I lived in Valparaiso Indiana. I didn't know anything about the area but the management at Island Club helped me learn a little about the area and made sure I got everything I wanted. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath that is about 1100 square feet. I am more than hppy with how well the buildings are maintained and that if I need anything help is only a call away. Slow maintenance
July 30, 2015I have lived here since July 2014. The 2 bedroom/2 bath unit has good square footage for 2 people. My complaint is the response of maintainance and its quality. I have had them look at the drier at least 4 times to clean the vent so it will dry better. It still takes two cycles or more to dry anything. Also my porch screening was blown off 2 months ago. I have reported several times and gotten various excuses. Finally they said they would send someone to staple it up as a stop gap repair ...on Monday. July 21, 2015We put our house up for sale on a Thursday afternoon and it sold on the following Saturday. The buyers wanted us out by Monday and we didn't have a place picked out yet to move to. When we looked for a place, Island Club Apartments went out of their way to put us in a apartment until the apartment we wanted was ready. The maintenance department is prompt and efficient and management staff goes out of their way to make you at home.
