Worst place ever do not let the landlord fool you Brenda seems nice but nothing could be further from the truth. She will show you her apartment instead of showing you the one your going to rent because they all broken down nothing works soon black stuff starts growing from your restrooms and window ceils and mushroom from all the mildew. Blinds do not work either does plumbing infested with bugs roaches and water bugs. No one that has ever moved out gets their deposit (i talked to other ...

tenants) everyone actually gets a bill instead. Landlord asks you to pay for everything things that were damagwd before you moved in. Landlord wont let you kids play outside makes new rules as she goes along. If you need anything repaired she will tell you if you do not like it move. Knowing she already has you in a year lease. Keeps increasing your rent everyone pays a different rate. You move in its cheap but it will go up fast.
