It is a nice apartment but an old building. I don't mind the uneven floors or sticky windows, but sometimes I think I should move to a newer apartment.

Uptown Charm

I knew the moment I was shown the unit and signed the lease that I'd be in good hands. I don't like modern architecture and knew I'd have to give up some "luxuries" to get the charm and vintage I was looking for. I have some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops at my fingertips. Located right in Uptown, 2 blocks from Calhoun Square, Lake Calhoun, and Lake of the Isles, but in a residential area so it's very quiet. Living in an old building has also helped me appreciate my neighborhood and ...
pushed me to explore Minneapolis. No luxury pool or gym or fancy lobby, but I have 3 lakes and an infinite amount of running/biking trails to last me a life time, right outside my door. My adventures have been priceless since I've moved in.

Old world charm, great caretaker

My studio apartment has great built in storage, a sweet bedroom nook, high windows and brand new kitchen appliances. I even half a walk in closet. The location is great, by the lakes and the bike trails. It's a miracle for the price. The ancient pipes and non existent parking are a bit of a drag, but I still love it.
