Roaches roaches roaches!
July 16, 2025If you want to live with roaches running in the refrigerator, food cabinets, stove, microwave and throughout the bed rooms.. rent here. The management has not done anything about me complaining about the roaches. The hall ways have bad odor, the walls are very thin you can hear your neighbor’s conversation clear..Review from Apartments.com
Fresh Start
May 28, 2021I moved in and had an awesome experience. I had things that needed to be fix and the manager as well as maintenance made sure the issue was resolved. The renovation is nice and it might night be perfect but it’s home. I appreciate the fact of being able to contact management and they resolve my concerns as well as keep me updated on what’s going on in our community. I have made this home and I love it. No community is perfect but this community have made it a great experience for me to be able to ...rebuild and start a fresh.Property Manager Responded

September 5, 2020Whoever is running this place needs help . They did all these “renovations “ to up the price on apartments that are falling apart paint peeling . After a month of living there multiple leaks from upstairs came first . Then watching for RATS & catching 6 in ALLL. 4 of them IN ONE NIGHT!!!!! They moved me into another upstairs unit . MORE RATS! No way again!
April 8, 2016If you love your family do not let them live here. It is one of most dangerous places I have ever seen. Constant drug use, constant drug dealing. They have private security and cops come through all the time. But, as soon as they leave everything starts back again. On site management and maintenance what a joke. All the hallways of trash in them. They need full-time on site security, to take it back.Review from Apartments.com
