This is a horrible place to live. The apartments are infested with bed bugs, roaches, mice, squirrels and raccoons. There is black mold aswell. There are several tenants that smoke fentanyl and the property manager knows but does nothing about it. It's nearly impossible to reach the manager or anyone for that matter. If you submit a work order nothing is done because they can't seem to keep maintenance workers and if your lucky enough to have maintenance come fix something it's never actually ...
fixed. They put a bandaid on it. That has been going on for so long that there are so many issues. Plumbing, structure, floors, stairs ect. There's times that the trash disposal isn't paid and the trash dumpster is overflowing which attracts coyotes, skunks, raccoons, rats and mice. Most of the apartments are infested with bedbugs and if an apartment doesn't have bed bugs it will because they travel through electrical outlets through the walls. Goodluck with management doing anything about that. They'll blame you. If a exterminator does come they only spray your apartment and use the same watered down pesticide they use for roaches which doesn't even kill roaches. If you have a neighbor that's filthy and causes your apartment to have roaches management does nothing about it. There's all these rules and conditions on the lease that tenants have to abide by but management doesn't abide by what their supposed to. There's no help from the Health Department either.
