Clean and amazing managers

I moved here in summer of 2021, and have received outstanding responses from any concerns. Resident assistants are true blessings that address multiple interests. Inside and outside, the property is maintained beautiful and clean, including prompt snow removal. Feels more like living in upper level hotel/motel with interior hallways. One bedroom units are laid out well.

Very nice and affordable apartment in a great location. Staff is friendly and supportive. Always helpful and fast with maintenance issues. I would recommend this facility to any of my friends or family.

My parents moved here a few years ago and have had only good things to say about this place. They have on-site management and maintenance which have been very responsive to their needs, though I have only met them personally a few times. I called my parents to ask them specifically how they felt about management, and their answer was very different than the other reviews. The term they used to describe them as was "loving" and they were quick to defend them from what I mentioned about these ...

reviews, which they say were probably posted by some of the problematic neighbors there.

The first review nailed it! Feels like prison and the management can’t be nice about anything! Manager is rude and treats residents unfairly. There is NO opportunity to make choices about services or surroundings. All improvement are done strictly for the investors benefit and never for the residents. Management make promises but doesn’t follow through. If one resident makes a mistake, all of the residents get rude notices.

The worst manager ever. Never have had a manager treat a human like she does. She can turn on a dime with her moods. Hardly ever there. Never has time for her tenants unless they are her favorites. Very partial. Yelling and tenants. Not professional at all. More worried about her image. Apartments are small and terrible constructed. But okay for the price if you can stand the manger. Not worth it to me.
