I toured Kensington Senior Living Apartments in August of 2022 with Anne. Loved the "country feel" of the community. It was quiet, well maintained and spacious. Modern amenities, a pond, and a beautiful patio were very appealing. Plenty of room for entertaining friends and family. I had about a year left in my lease but put my name on a waiting list immediately because it felt like home. My lease ran out in May and I moved in with my sister hoping it wouldn't be long till I received "the ...

call". It came in June and I moved "home" to Kensington in August 2023. So glad I waited. I love my new home, the staff who take great care of us and the community!

My wife and I lived here for a year and it was a nice quiet community. We love the facilities and how well the staff took care of the buildings and people. I would recommend this place to anyone. I wish we could have stayed longer but work made that difficult that’s the only reason we left.

When I was looking for places for older adults, Kensington Senior Living had all I was looking for. An elevator, in apartment washer & dryer and a garage. I just signed my 2nd year lease. I am so happy here. The staff (Genny, Kim and Andy) are very friendly and easy to work with. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is much nicer. The owner is local and very friendly. We are a happy bunch and have fun together. The monthly events are a lot of fun.

The Staff from the Office (Andy, Genny and Kim) are Professional and Courteous without fault. The aforementioned Staff obviously take Pride to to address the Physical Appearance of the "Well Cared Property, Residents needs and issues. Just moved into my beautiful one bedroom apartment at Kensington Senior Living. It is gorgeous! Marble countertops, plenty of storage space, open floor plan and vaulted ceiling. Lovely location. Quiet setting away from the noise but conveniently close to shopping. I'm going to enjoy living here and look forward to making many new friends.
