    The property and tenants seem nice, but the staff is understaffed and rude. We drove 60 miles to view a few more places and were prepared to sign a lease, however, the staff would not take time to spend with us despite us having an appointment. The staff does not answer phone calls, despite having a concierge. Also, we saw numerous doors propped open, allowing local homeless to access the tenant's front doors and vehicles.

    The amenities are awesome....when they're working. The staff is friendly as long as you don't have a problem then they're rude and blame the problem on you. Had two package that both Amazon and the Kent told me where delivered but mysteriously disappeared. The garage door is always broken at C building so basically if you like a plethora of broken things the Kent is for you!

    Wonderful place to live with a family within one of the best school districts in the state - Cherry Creek. Great amenities too - lots to do within the complex that my teens and husband really enjoy with many additional community spaces available for entertaining or gathering with friends/neighbors. Very friendly residents and very helpful, professional staff within the buildings. 24-hour concierge/security is a plus. Excellent location with access to grocery store, restaurants and other shopping. ...

    Appearance really upscale but the media room rarely has any access they need more help on maintenance 2 weeks to change a light bulb and sliding door still won't lock...covered parking a plus &location and convenient to grocery store!
