I just moved in & have to stay, Patti, prop manager & Dan are the very best. The place was the cleanest I have ever moved into & she goes out of her way to make everything right. Very responsive, & just all the way around great. The townhouses are very nice, spacious, and unique. Need more managers like Patti. Thank you!

I moved into this complex with my husband a year ago. It is HANDS DOWN the best place I've ever lived. You can't hear neighbors at all, and it's so quiet at night. The landlords, Patty and Dan, are BEYOND the best. They become your best friends and are such all around awesome people. They are quick to fix any problems and never make you feel bad for asking. Would recommend 110%!

My two level two bedroom apartment is a wonderful place with great neighbors and a nice pool and cat friendly. The location is a great feature which is near the freeway and shopping centers and the metro parks.
The rent is affordable and the maintenance personnel are very response and on time. Repairs are done very quickly.
