The lady I spoke with was so incredibly kind and helpful- very welcoming as I talked about how much my parents liked their apartment that was available. Second call was apparently her husband who was very rude- assuming things with my parents - people he didn't even know and he actually hung up on my mom when she called back with a few more question- extremely rude!
